Chihuhua an Industrial and Historic City in the North of Mexico
The City of Chihuahua is the Capital City of one of Mexico’s largest States, which bears the same name. Chihuahua is an Industrial City including automobile assembly plants and other export industries; but many people still live from Agricultural activities performed all over the State. The tracks maximum height is 2450 meters above Sea Level and all the way descents to the coast in an extraordinary, mostly touristy journey. The most attractive places where the train stops are Creel, Divisadero, San Rafael, Cuiteco, Bahuichivo (Cerocahui), Temoris (Chinipas) and El Fuerte (Sinaloa).
The City of Chihuahua had a significant role in History with some important colonial testimonials as well as some Pre-Hispanic constructions that show how the aborigines developed methods of water containment and distribution in an area where liquid was scarce.
